R2R experinece of 10+ R2R including, people management, process and transition experience.

Responsibilities:
- Associate should be a team player
- Should have good working experience in GL Month end activities, Reconciliation (Bank, Balance sheet), Reporting & Forecasting,
- Handling team
- Customer management
- SLA / KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Internal stakeholder management (DERM, Audits, internal reporting)
- Should participate in customer /internal stakeholder meetings and action on deliverables.
- General Ledger, Book closure, Balance sheet reconciliations,



JV's and Other recons in depth and hands on Knowledge
- Should have managed 10 to 15 GL Team
- Excellent in Communication
- Excellent Client interaction and Coordination
- Attention to Details
- End to End Ownership
- Transformation Mind set and knowledge
- Investigative and Problem-solving skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Working knowledge in ERP's

Other Required Skills:
- Should have good communication in English
- Should have valuable process knowledge
- Should have willingness to learn, upskill and cross skill
- Transformation mind set and working knowledge
