Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage assigned US staffing requirements from sourcing through candidate submission and interview coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, identify suitable candidates, conduct initial screening, and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Staffing/Recruitment, strong sourcing and Boolean search skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage US staffing requirements from candidate sourcing through submission and interview coordination.
- Source and screen candidates across Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device, Engineering, Scientific, Quality, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Professional roles.
- Review and understand job descriptions to identify key technical skills, qualifications, experience, and hiring requirements.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both regular and niche requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall alignment with the job requirement.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions by accurately assessing candidate profiles against client requirements.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and other recruitment activities in a timely manner.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the internal ATS.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and provide timely recruitment updates.
- Proactively research talent markets and identify potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and recruitment priorities.
- Follow established recruitment processes and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

- 24 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Boolean search techniques and online sourcing methods.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other sourcing platforms.
- Exposure to recruiting for Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device, Engineering, Scientific, Quality, Clinical, Manufacturing, or Professional roles will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of job descriptions and the ability to identify relevant skills and candidate requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting recruitment timelines.
