- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource

plans, and delivery milestones.

- Ensure achievement of project timelines, cost objectives,

and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective

actions to mitigate risks and delays.

- Review and administer EPC, supply, and subcontractor

agreements.

- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost

performance.

- Identify commercial risks and opportunities to improve

project profitability.

- Approve project expenditure and ensure adherence to

approved budgets.

- Anticipate the issues which can impact the project

deliverables and take the corrective actions





- Lead and govern project review meetings across all

organizational levels, ensuring critical issues, risks,

escalations, and mitigation plans are effectively

presented, discussed, and resolved to achieve project

objectives and successful project delivery.

- Ensure strict implementation of Quality, Health, Safety,

Security and Workplace (HSSE) standards across all

project sites.

- Promote a zero-harm safety culture and compliance with

company policies.
