Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage the day-to-day dispatch operations of finished goods. The role will be responsible for dispatch planning, order scheduling, packing, stock rotation, documentation, and team supervision to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of finished goods as per orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare dispatch plans and ensure timely loading and movement of finished goods.
- Supervise the packing, picking, sorting, and staging of finished products.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for finished goods and minimize product ageing.
- Verify quantities, product specifications, batch details, and dispatch documentation before shipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure the right products are dispatched as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and prepare daily operational reports.




- Ensure proper handling of finished goods to maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
- Supervise, allocate, and monitor the performance of the dispatch team.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Identify dispatch discrepancies, delays, or damages and take appropriate corrective action.

Candidate Profile

- 24 years of experience in Dispatch / Warehouse / Finished Goods / Logistics operations, preferably in F&B;, Bakery, FMCG, QSR, or Food Manufacturing.
- Good understanding of dispatch planning, scheduling, packing, and stock handling.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and inventory practices.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting.
