Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Contract Governance Officer to manage and govern the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from demand management and contract execution to renewal and termination.

The role involves working closely with Business, Procurement, TPRM, Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT Security and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and external spend visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including demand management, sourcing, execution, renewal and termination.
- Understand business requirements, align budgets and leverage existing contracts effectively.
- Ensure contracts comply with business requirements, governance standards and risk frameworks.
- Review contracts and identify commercial, operational and regulatory risks.
- Collaborate with TPRM, Legal, Risk, Compliance and IT Security teams on supplier and contract risk.
- Support third-party risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.




- Drive improvements in contract governance, controls, processes and external spend visibility.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and data-driven insights related to external spend, risks and contract performance.
- Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Support sourcing strategies, vendor discussions and contract optimisation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation.

Ideal Candidate

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Contract Lifecycle Management / Contract Governance.
- Robust exposure to vendor/supplier management, procurement, third-party risk or external spend governance.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as Business, Procurement, Legal, TPRM, Risk, Compliance and IT Security.
- Candidates with end-to-end contract management experience are preferred.
