Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, productive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions when required.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Required Skills
- Barista / caf service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
