We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Buyer to manage supplier sourcing, procurement activities, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, supplier development, and purchase order management. Fast learner , ability to work in Chaos , passion for excellence, Honest with high levels of Integrity . Strong communicator and ability to travel in India and Abroad.

- Exposure to RM management across Machining , Plastics , Paints , Stampings (Steel), Alloy Steel (Precision Machined) , Electrical parts like WH / Connectors , PCBA etc.
- Commodity Knowledge of Engine related components
- ( Machining , casting , forging etc) , New Technology parts in EV , Electronics domain etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and capability.
- Manage sourcing activities from RFQ/RFP through supplier selection and commercial closure.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQ, tooling, and other commercial conditions.
- Analyze supplier quotations and conduct cost comparison and should-cost analysis.
- Issue and manage RFQs, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and localization initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Support new product development (NPD) sourcing and ensure timely availability of materials/components.
- Conduct market research and identify alternate sources to reduce supply risk.
- Resolve supplier-related commercial and supply issues.
- Maintain sourcing records, supplier databases, contracts, and procurement reports.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, strategic buying, supplier management.
- Solid negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong communication skills Written / Oral , passion for excellence and possesses right positive attitude.
