Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain tables, kitchen areas, utensils, and service equipment.
- Assist waiters and service staff during meal periods.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Ensure adequate availability of clean plates, glasses, cutlery, and other service items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Support the restaurant team during peak hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
