Role Overview

We are looking for a Training & Placements Officer (TPO) to drive employer partnerships, placement opportunities and hiring fulfilment for the branch. The role will build strong employer relationships, generate recurring hiring opportunities and ensure timely placement of job-ready learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture employer and hiring-manager relationships to generate recurring job opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of live openings aligned with job-ready learners.
- Source, screen and share relevant candidate shortlists with employers within 48 hours.
- Build an active alumni network to generate referrals, openings and employer connections.
- Plan and execute interview drives, ensuring smooth coordination from scheduling to final outcomes.
- Work closely with academic teams to improve candidate readiness based on recruiter feedback.




- Develop new SMB/MSME employer partnerships within the branch catchment.
- Maintain accurate CRM/Pulse records and ensure compliance with candidate data and consent requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline with 36 years of experience in placements, recruitment, staffing, corporate relations, B2B account management or HR-tech/inside sales.
- Strong employer relationship-building, business development and account management skills.
- Valuable understanding of entry-level technology hiring, candidate screening and placement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools; exposure to ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator or Apollo is an advantage.
