Job Summary

The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager is responsible for enabling sales associates to leverage customer and business insights through analytics, reporting, CRM processes, and performance management. The role supports the Commercial Effectiveness agenda by delivering tools, insights, and capabilities that drive sales performance and organizational effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities

- Manage technical processing for CRM daily requirements including contacts, accounts, position management, activities, Time Off Territory, and Cycle Plan requirements.
- Provide consistent Sales Force Effectiveness reports and dashboards to support the Commercial Effectiveness agenda.
- Own and manage HCP master data technical processes.
- Support performance management by delivering commercial KPIs to relevant stakeholders.
- Execute technical deployment of HCP segmentation and targeting processes.
- Ensure full technical implementation of regional CRM standardization guidelines.
- Handle CRM and BI defects for end users in coordination with country support teams.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



for CRM and BI platforms.
- Deliver ad-hoc performance management reports through CRM and BI platforms.
- Manage CRM inventory for Free Medical Samples and IMUs.

Basic Qualifications

- Graduate degree in IT or Business Administration
- Pharmaceutical industry business experience
- Solid analytical skills
- High ability to understand, use, and leverage technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with CRM and BI platforms
- Exposure to sales force performance management and analytics
- Experience supporting segmentation, targeting, and commercial reporting processes
