Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock records for a leading manufacturing company based in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/Tally/ERP systems.
- Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, stock transfers, and inventory transactions.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Stock Control / Inventory Management.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
- Hands-on experience in inventory reconciliation and stock audits.




- Knowledge of SAP and/or Tally will be an added advantage.
- Good command over English communication.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and MS Excel skills.
- Candidate will manage a team of 4+ people.
- Company has 3+ branches in Ghana, and the candidate needs to visit all branches once a month for physical stock checks.
- Candidate needs to share daily reports of all branches with management.
