Job Responsibilities:
- Contact and counsel candidates interested in overseas job opportunities.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable overseas opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
- Follow up with candidates regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle candidate queries and provide proper guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, recruitment, or overseas recruitment.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Overseas recruitment experience will be an advantage.
