Senior Radio Surveyor

About the role

As a Senior Radio Surveyor, you will be responsible for handling the Radio Survey business of the company. Apart from SRT you will also need to carry out installation, commissioning, repair, and service of our equipment on customer vessels at ports across India. This job involves extensive travel and may require you to respond to short notice requests. You must be based in Mumbai, Haldia, Cochin, Vizag or any other suitable port.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have confidence, meticulousness, and a thorough technical understanding of the equipment. You must also have strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet and come up with logical solutions on the job.

At the end of the initial training/probation period, you will need to demonstrate that you possess these qualities. As soon as this happens, we will confirm your permanent position with all the perks.

Skills and qualifications

- Should have a valid GoC and at least 5 years experience in carrying out Radio Surveys.





- At the minimum, vocational training in electronics

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Flexibility to travel to any port in India at short notice

- Proactive approach to developing a good technical understanding of the equipment

- Ability to think logically and come up with solutions while on the job

Your responsibilities

- Handling Radio surveys, installation, commissioning, repair and service of all our equipment on customer vessels, at ports all over India

- Providing remote assistance to customers

- Attending to about 5-7 service jobs per month on average
