Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven candidate to join our team as a Delegate Acquisition Management Executive. The role involves reaching out to CXOs and senior professionals, inviting them to CXO Junctions events and initiatives, managing registrations and follow-ups, and ensuring strong delegate participation.

Location: Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate joiner- 30 days

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtable, and community initiatives.
- Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
- Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
- Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with delegates.

What Were Looking For





- Fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with senior professionals and CXOs.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, business development, or events is an added advantage but not mandatory.
