We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, team-handling experience, and the ability to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Generate and manage sales leads through various channels.
- Guide the team in client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.




- Prepare and share sales reports and performance updates with management.
- Ensure a strong customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: 1–10+ years in sales, with relevant team-handling experience.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Residential Sales / Commercial Real Estate / Channel Sales are preferred.
- Professionals from B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, Retail, EdTech, or B2B Sales with solid team-handling experience may also apply.
- Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales team members.
- Target-oriented, energetic, confident, and business-focused.
- Graduate in any discipline.
