- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, skilled assistance.

- RequirementsFluent English communication is mandatory.
- Prior experience in voice/call process is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
