Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the insurance sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate recent business through calls, leads, references and other sources.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups and conversions.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with management.
- Coordinate with Operations and other departments for smooth policy processing.
- Train team members on insurance products and sales processes.




- Requirements2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Previous experience in team handling/team management preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
