Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and confident Operations Manager to manage daily store operations, staff performance, customer handling, sales coordination, and pickup & delivery activities across multiple stores.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all stores.
- Handle and coordinate store staff and maximize staff utilization.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Ensure all company SOPs are followed properly.
- Coordinate sales activities and support the Sales Manager in achieving targets.
- Manage timely pickup and delivery operations.
- Coordinate between stores, customers, and delivery teams.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and operational issues effectively.
- Follow up with unhappy customers through calls and work towards customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day store issues.




- Manage coordination across multiple stores and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper records using billing software, CRM, WhatsApp, and Excel.
- RequirementsGraduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in laundry, dry cleaning, retail, or similar operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with and handling customers.
- Basic to average proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Solid staff management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with operational monitoring.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and billing software.
- Professional attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
