Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Digital & Marketing to lead the company’s overall marketing, digital presence, brand communication, and client marketing initiatives. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative direction, team leadership, client management, and hands-on execution.

The individual will be responsible for strengthening Enego’s brand presence while also overseeing marketing strategies and deliverables for the company’s clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and brand strategy for Enego and its clients.

- Lead social media strategy, content planning, campaign ideation, and execution across platforms.

- Plan and supervise digital campaigns, performance marketing, lead-generation initiatives, and promotional activities.

- Manage and guide the content, social media, graphic design, video, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, marketing plans, and communication frameworks for different brands.

- Handle client communication, understand business requirements, present marketing ideas, and ensure smooth execution of agreed deliverables.

- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, creative direction, and communication consistency across digital and offline platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance, social media insights, engagement, leads, and other relevant marketing KPIs and recommend improvements.

- Coordinate with internal teams,



external vendors, influencers, partners, and other stakeholders for campaigns and collaborations.

- Identify recent trends, platforms, content formats, and marketing opportunities relevant to the company and its clients.

- Support business development through marketing proposals, presentations, pitch decks, campaign concepts, and client pitches.

- Plan marketing communication around events, launches, government schemes, MSMEs, startups, entrepreneurship, and business initiatives, wherever relevant to Enego's activities.

- Establish processes for approvals, reporting, content production, campaign tracking, and timely delivery.

- Ensure all marketing communication maintains appropriate brand standards, professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, content strategy, performance marketing, and campaign management is essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong creative judgment, leadership capabilities, client-handling experience, and the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

Key Expectations:

The Head of Digital & Marketing will be expected to take ownership of the marketing function, build efficient workflows, lead the team effectively, maintain strong client relationships, and continuously work towards improving brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing performance.
