Tax and Finance.com is looking for Commerce background freshers for an Accounts and Finance Executive role. Candidates will receive on-the-job training to develop practical accounting and finance skills. After successful completion of the training, a salary increment will be provided.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain and update financial records using MS Excel and other office applications.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing accounting documents.
- Support balance sheet analysis and basic financial reporting.




- Assist with tax filing and related documentation.
- Prepare and manage emails, documents, and finance-related records.
- Learn accounting and taxation processes through on-the-job training.
- Support the team with routine finance and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Commerce background graduates are preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Should have basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
- Positive computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Office.
- Willingness to learn accounting, taxation, and financial processes.
- Candidates who successfully complete the training will receive a salary increment.

- Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, as per skill
- Salary Increment: Provided after completion of on-the-job training
