Job DescriptionKadd Brother Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Sector 63, H Block, Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, arranging site visits, and closing sales for our farmhouse and real estate projects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle potential customer leads.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based workplace.
- Freshers can apply; real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in farmhouse, plots, residential, or commercial property sales are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
