Vastora Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Drive quality lead generation, conversions and revenue growth through performance marketing.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings and website traffic.
- Plan and manage Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy.
- Identify current trends and create strategies for Reels, Posts, Carousels, Videos and other digital content.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage retargeting, remarketing and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and other marketing tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports, insights and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with the content, design and development teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Take ownership of digital marketing targets and continuously work towards improving lead quality,



conversions and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools and industry practices.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals and strategy
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Robust knowledge of SEO & Social Media Marketing
- Good understanding of Lead Generation & Conversion Marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of content strategy and social media trends
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities

What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of practical Digital Marketing experience

- Proven hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns and lead-generation activities
- Candidates with practical knowledge and measurable campaign experience will be preferred over candidates with only theoretical knowledge.
- Strong leadership, creativity and strategic thinking
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on business growth and ROI
