We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through lead calling, appointment generation, quotation and sales order preparation, CRM management, and coordination with field

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake regular outbound calls to leads received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
- Generate appointments for the Field Sales Team.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to support sales conversion.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Executives and Sales Managers regarding customer visits, appointments, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and share Quotations as per customer requirements.




- Create and process Sales Orders (SO) in CRM.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Update lead status, follow-up remarks, appointment details, and sales activities regularly.
- Track pending quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
