Job Description- We are hiring passionate and hardworking Kitchen / BOH professionals to join the pre-opening team of our new seafood restaurant in Colaba, Mumbai.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new restaurant opening and work in a professional kitchen focused on high-quality seafood cuisine.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare seafood and other dishes according to standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
- Handle, clean, portion, and store crab, prawns, fish, and other seafood safely.
- Assist with seafood preparation, marination, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of seafood and ingredients.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow portion-control and food-quality standards.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient ingredient usage.
- Assist with kitchen setup, preparation, and pre-opening activities.




- Support stock handling and inventory requirements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain high standards during busy service periods.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in a seafood restaurant or professional kitchen is preferred.
- Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of seafood handling and preparation is an advantage.
- Good knife skills and basic cooking knowledge.
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
