Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Civil Draughtsman with 5–7 years of experience who has strong knowledge of AutoCAD, civil drafting, site measurements, and construction drawings. The candidate should be capable of taking accurate site measurements and converting them into detailed technical drawings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed civil and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements using measuring tools.
- Prepare drawings based on actual site measurements and site conditions.
- Verify dimensions and measurements at the site and coordinate with the site team.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on completed work and actual site conditions.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Make necessary modifications and revisions as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Architects,



and Project Managers.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, levels, specifications, and other technical details.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, measurements, and project documents.
- Required Skills5–7 years of relevant experience as a Civil Draughtsman.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Practical experience in site measurement and surveying-related work.
- Ability to take and record accurate length, width, height, area, and level measurements.
- Good knowledge of civil construction drawings and building layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred CandidateCandidates having practical experience in site visits, measurement work, construction drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination with site teams will be preferred.
