A Quality Engineer ensures that products, processes, and systems meet stringent regulatory and technical standards throughout the entire lifecycle from development to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define Standards: Translate drawings, specifications, and customer requirements into measurable quality criteria.
- Monitor & Inspect: Oversee inspection and testing activities for raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Manage Non-Conformances: Lead root-cause investigations (using tools like FMEA or 5 Whys) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Drive Improvement: Use data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and waste.
- Support Audits: Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and participate in internal or external compliance audits.
