- . Production Planning & Scheduling:Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, market demand, and machine capacity. 2. Inventory Control & Material Requirement Planning (MRP)Perform Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM) are available well ahead of scheduled batches. Track batch-wise and expiry-wise stock of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients to minimize material write-offs and waste. inventory a Technical Skills:Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific manufacturing modules).Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas for data analysis).Transparent understanding of pharmaceutical workflows, batch processing, and cGMP/GDP requirements.
