About the RolePlan 4 Event is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Wedding Sales to manage and grow our wedding and event business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new wedding leads, connecting with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with vendors, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for destination weddings, luxury weddings, corporate events and social events.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings and other channels.
- Understand the client's wedding requirements, budget, guest count, venue preference and event expectations.
- Prepare and share customized wedding proposals, quotations and packages.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build solid relationships with clients, wedding planners, hotels, resorts, decorators, caterers, photographers and other vendors.
- Identify and develop new vendor and venue tie-ups for wedding requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
- Conduct client meetings, venue visits and presentations whenever required.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and vendors while maintaining company margins.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups,



quotations and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, references, partnerships and market research.
- Handle client queries and resolve pre-event sales-related concerns professionally.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor packages and wedding industry developments.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of the wedding and events industry.

- Ability to negotiate with clients and vendors.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp and email communication.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and venue visits when required.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in Wedding Sales / Event Sales / Destination Wedding Sales / Hotel Sales / Banquet Sales / Event Management.
- Existing contacts with wedding planners, hotels, resorts and event vendors will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a proven record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
