We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage the online growth of our businesses, primarily HTM Automations India, HTM Agro Industries, HTM Global Tech, and HTM InfraTech. The candidate should be comfortable creating content from idea to publication and executing digital marketing campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shoot and edit short-form videos/Reels/YouTube Shorts and other marketing videos

- Create social-media graphics, carousels, thumbnails and basic marketing creatives

- Plan, schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms

- Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts and monthly content calendars

- Manage Meta/Google and other performance-marketing campaigns

- Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers/creators

- Build prospect lists and execute personalized cold-email/email-marketing campaigns

- Manage lead-generation campaigns and track leads/conversions

- Repurpose long-form content into short videos, graphics and posts





- Track campaign performance and provide weekly reports on leads, cost, reach, conversions and ROI

- Coordinate directly with the founder for filming, business insights and campaign strategy

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is execution-oriented and comfortable doing the work themselves—shooting, editing, designing, posting, emailing and managing campaigns. Experience with tools such as Canva, Davinci Pro, Google Flow, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email outreach tools and social-media scheduling platforms is preferred.

Most key: We are not looking for someone who only understands marketing theory. We want someone who can consistently produce content, launch campaigns, generate qualified business leads and measure results.
