We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join the team at Minimal Stroke.

Minimal Stroke is a premium furniture brand focused on contemporary indoor and outdoor furniture, combining thoughtful design, craftsmanship, comfort and functionality. The brand also offers customization, helping customers create furniture that complements their spaces and lifestyle.

? What You’ll Do Handle

- customer enquiries and sales leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets and space requirements
- Present and explain furniture collections, product features, materials, finishes and customization options
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into sales
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a smooth buying experience
- Coordinate with the showroom, design, production, delivery and installation teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution
- Stay updated on product collections, pricing and ongoing offers





? What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Retail Sales or Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in Furniture, Home Furnishing, Interior Design, Home Décor, Modular Furniture, Kitchen, Sanitaryware, Tiles or Premium Retail will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach towards sales
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Comfortable with follow-ups and lead conversion
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel and sales tracking
- A genuine interest in furniture, interiors and design will be an advantage
