We are looking for a strict, confident and authoritative person to supervise students and maintain a disciplined, focused academic environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise students throughout the centre.
- Enforce punctuality, attendance and centre rules.
- Maintain discipline inside and outside classrooms.
- Prevent disturbance, unnecessary movement and misbehaviour.
- Monitor mobile-phone and other rule violations.
- Conduct regular rounds of classrooms and common areas.
- Handle disciplinary issues immediately and professionally.
- Maintain daily discipline/incident reports.
- Coordinate with teachers and Centre Head regarding repeated violations.
- Ensure students follow the Centre Code of Conduct.

- Strict, firm and authoritative personality
- Confident in handling teenagers
- Alert, disciplined and physically active
- Calm but strong in difficult situations
- Fair and consistent in enforcing rules
- Should be comfortable taking responsibility and maintaining control

Preferred Background : Any background is accepted but candidate should be to maintain strict discipline at center.

Objective: Create a centre where students are disciplined, punctual, respectful and focused on academics.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience.
