? JOB ROLEWe are looking for a Customer Success & Inside Sales Executive to handle customer communication, shipment coordination, service follow-ups, and sales support.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES✅ Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp & email

✅ Coordinate shipment, booking & delivery requirements

✅ Provide consignment & delivery updates

✅ Coordinate with logistics & operations teams

✅ Handle booking, documentation & billing queries

✅ Maintain customer & shipment records





✅ Follow up with customers for smooth service
