We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in the lift/elevator manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining technical specifications, and closing sales for recent lift installations. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.*

*Key Roles & Responsibilities*

*Lead Generation & Market Outreach:*

Identify prospective clients, including builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and commercial property owners.

*Client Visits & Site Inspections:*

Conduct regular field visits, site surveys, and direct client meetings to understand technical and structural elevator requirements.

*Sales Execution & Negotiation:*

Prepare commercial proposals, present product details, negotiate prices, and successfully close sales orders to achieve sales targets.

*Technical & Operational Coordination:*

Work closely with the engineering, design, and installation teams to ensure accurate product delivery per client specifications.

*Relationship Management:*





Maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, consultants, and repeat clients.

*Reporting & Payment Follow-up:*

Track sales activities in the CRM system, maintain target pipelines, and coordinate timely payment collections.

* *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written English (and local language fluency - Tamil) to present proposals and negotiate with key decision-makers.

* *Industry Experience:* 3 to 5 years of proven direct sales experience in lift/elevator manufacturing, construction materials, or real estate equipment.

* *Technical Aptitude:* Understanding of lift specifications, elevator types (passenger, cargo, home lifts), safety standards, and site readiness requirements.

* *Negotiation & Closing:* Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and deal-closing capabilities.

* *Mobility:* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site surveys.
