About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented Telecaller to join OBN Courier & Cargo Company. The candidate will make outbound calls, generate business leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support franchisee lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 50 outbound calls daily to prospective customers and businesses.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain the company’s Courier, Cargo, Logistics and related services to potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages to improve conversion.
- Generate and manage Franchisee Leads from potential business partners.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead closure.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely responses to enquiries.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel or other company systems.
- Work towards achieving lead generation and lead conversion targets.

Eligibility & Skills





- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi – speaking and writing.
- 2–3 years of telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel /MS Word / PPT will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain a structured lead pipeline.
- Prior experience in Courier, Cargo, Logistics, B2B Sales, Telecalling, or Franchise Sales will be an added advantage.

Targets & Incentives

- Daily Calling Target: 50 calls
- Lead Generation Incentive: Incentives for qualified leads generated.
- Lead Conversion Incentive: Additional incentives for successfully converted/closed leads.
- Franchisee Lead Incentive: Incentives for generating and/or converting eligible franchisee prospects.
- Attractive earning potential through performance-based incentives.
