- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment of outstanding dues.
- Explain payment details, due amounts, and available payment options to customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection and calling targets.
- Good Hindi and Punjabi communication skills required.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in loan collection, telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
