Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

Appexigo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Background Verification (BGV) services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. Candidates with experience in HR services, recruitment, staffing, BGV, or IT services sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Identify and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Procurement teams.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable BGV and employee verification services.

• Conduct client calls, arrange meetings, and coordinate product demonstrations.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM.

• Support proposal sharing, negotiations, and client onboarding.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.





Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.

• Experience in HR services, recruitment, staffing, BGV, or IT services sales will be preferred.

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.

• Experience in client acquisition and managing sales follow-ups.

• Ability to work with targets and build long-term client relationships.

• Freshers with relevant internships and strong communication skills may also apply.
