- Ability to coordinate with Instructional Designers on content production
- Sketching and storyboarding skills.
- Ability to present complex, technical information clearly, also identify content, design gaps.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (written as well as spoken).
- Ability to handle client communication and manage projects independently.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex learning solutions.

- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Flash, Animate CC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, XML, HTML and Flash integration, Adobe Presenter and Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Ability to edit audio files and integrate audio in a course.

Sr. Graphics Designer 8 to 10 years

- Minimum Graduation in any filed and Preferable in Art.

Roles & Responsibility:
Work with the content development team to produce instructor-led and web-based (e-learning) training courses. The role will encompass the following tasks:

- Lead and manage the client engagement.
- Lead and manage the project team.
- Understand requirements and create UI, graphic assets to meet the requirements.




- Support with the development of training collateral from a Graphic Design point of view.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of creative presentations, collages, images, graphical user interfaces, flash movies, icons that become components to customer products.
- Create demonstrations and simulations of software applications, tools.
- Develop graphics and layouts for brochures, banners, training manuals, illustrations and posters.
- Produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Manage projects from end to end and coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team.
- Handle client communication and reporting.
- Create and manage project plans.
- Perform QA reviews on courses designed by peers.
- Coach and mentor junior GDs.
- Be responsible for project deliverables.
- Ensuring assigned assets achieve the agreed company standard before integration with the product.
- Can handle set priorities, and handle multiple projects with team support.
- Develop process excellence in task to reduce the efforts in the project.
- Ability to think and learn quickly as project needs change.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills
- Evaluate sales opportunities and create proposals detailing effort and cost estimates.
- Help the management with pre-sales activities when required (for example, help the management in responding to RFIs and RFPs, create prototypes etc.)
- Contribute to team Business As Usual activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc.
