Responsibilities
- Drive Sell-in targets branch wise/category wise
- MT Store visit as per PJP (6-7 counters per day)
- Weekly review of MT AM : Counter shares/ SSR Hygiene/Defectives/Display along with BM
- Monitoring daily activity of MT Area Manager : PJP/IT tools/
- Developing professional relationships with Key persons at MT Store ADM/SM
- Developing qualified relationships with Cluster Managers and Regional Heads
- PO Execution: Coordination with central billing team and partner warehouse
- Handling escalations regarding service, stock and defectives and Store level escalation
- Liasoning with regional commercial / logistic / TM and service counter parts
- Ensuring POSM Hygiene and BTL deployments at shop floor
- Formulation bottom up stock planning SOP and closely coordinating with KAM
- Competition benchmarking : MOP , Marketing and product strategy, finance offering.
