Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop creative and strategic copy for multiple B2B clients.
- Write content and copy for social media, campaigns, websites, emailers, presentations, videos, brochures and other marketing communication.
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, target audiences and brand guidelines and translate them into effective communication.
- Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, messaging and creative copy.
- Simplify complex B2B products, services and business ideas into communication that is easy to understand and engaging.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, digital marketers, content teams and Account Managers to develop integrated campaigns.
- Create multiple creative copy options based on the campaign objective and client requirements.
- Research clients, industries, competitors and target audiences to develop relevant and insightful communication.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar and tone of voice.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas beyond just copy.
- Present ideas and concepts internally and to clients when required.
- Manage multiple projects and client requirements while meeting agreed timelines.





Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing/advertising/creative agency is mandatory.
- Candidates should have experience working on multiple B2B clients/brands.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing communication, brand messaging and audience behaviour.
- Excellent command of English, grammar, vocabulary and tone of voice.
- Robust conceptual thinking, storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Experience writing for LinkedIn and other B2B digital platforms.
- Ability to understand a business brief and convert it into clear, creative and impactful communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
- Comfortable in balancing creativity with client objectives and business requirements.
- Portfolio showcasing B2B/agency copywriting work is mandatory.
