Job Role: Creative Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer Video Editor who can turn ideas, properties, campaigns, and stories into high-quality visual content.

You will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to create engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, real estate projects, and brand communication.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great content is not just about editing it is about storytelling, creativity, attention to detail, and creating content that makes people stop, watch, and take action.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit high-quality real estate videos, reels, and promotional content
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
- Design creative graphics, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and marketing creatives
- Develop visual content for digital marketing campaigns and branding
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for content strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Required Skills

- Videography and skilled camera handling




- Video Editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Graphic Designing using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Knowledge of social media trends and content marketing
- Creative storytelling and strong visual sense
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Real Estate Content Creation or Digital Marketing
- Portfolio showcasing videography, video editing, and graphic design work
- Degree or certification in Media, Design, Animation, or related fields is a plus
