Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, infrastructure, hospitality, and other relevant industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, project owners, consultants, architects, EPC companies, and contractors.
- Generate enquiries and leads for industrial construction, civil, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, fabrication, and related contracting works.
- Regularly visit existing and prospective clients to understand upcoming projects and requirements.
- Track upcoming industrial projects, expansions, plant modifications, maintenance contracts, and recent construction opportunities in Goa and nearby regions.
- Develop and maintain a structured business development pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, commercial, and project teams for preparation of quotations and tenders.
- Study tender documents, scope of work, specifications,



and commercial requirements and coordinate internally for timely submission.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders and support commercial negotiations with clients.
- Assist management in developing pricing and commercial strategies for major opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, enquiries, quotations, project status, and business prospects.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and business meetings.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and potential areas for business expansion. Ensure smooth handover of successfully secured projects to the execution/project team.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, commercial, or client facing roles within industrial contracting, construction, engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or related industries.
