Salary: 18,000 20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring coordination. The
ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and be able to manage multiple hiring requirements
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, consultants, and campus drives.
¢ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
¢ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
¢ Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and joining.




¢ Post job openings and maintain recruitment trackers.
¢ Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, and recruitment vendors.
¢ Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Eligibility
¢ Graduate in any discipline.
¢ 02 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
¢ Good verbal and written English communication.
¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
¢ Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Job Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
