We are hiring for CRM Field Sales Executive

Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Candidates from FMCG, Retail, Fintech, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Telecom, E-commerce, Logistics, Pharma, or similar industries are welcome.
- Experience in managing retailers, dealers, distributors, merchants, business partners, or end customers will be preferred.
- Candidates from the Banking industry are not eligible.

Skills

- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good territory management and market development skills.
- Experience using CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Role Overview





The CRM - Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing solid customer relationships, driving sales, acquiring new customers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves regular field visits within the assigned territory to generate business, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales targets.
