Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily CFT meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
2. Review and monitor production schedule adherence.
3. Review and monitor ILR status.
4. Monitor plant efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
5. Periodically review and update Control Plans, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and related documents.
6. Coordinate with supporting departments for facility-related requirements.
7. Coordinate and support IATF, TPS, PMI, OSHAS, VDA, and other system-related activities.
8. Carry out SAP BOM corrections and ensure accuracy of material-related data.
9. Carry out SAP Norms corrections and maintain accurate system data.
10. Ensure timely closure of Stop Advice Notes.
11. Monitor and ensure shift-wise NC closure.
12. Coordinate new product introduction / recent product activities with the CFT.

Key Technical Responsibilities

The role also requires strong capability in PCBA manufacturing and final assembly, including single-piece flow and batch production, SOP/CP/PFMEA, quality problem-solving tools, line efficiency improvement,



assembly rejection/rework control, defect analysis, FPY improvement, 5S/Kaizen, PCB Gerber data, through-hole and selective soldering, and electronic product manufacturing processes.

As a Senior Engineer in the Manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, ensure quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
