GIS Engineer Telecom & OFC

Responsible for preparing GIS deliverables, maintaining digital network records, verifying survey data and supporting Telecom & OFC project execution through accurate mapping and documentation.
3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and update KMZ/KML files based on field execution and approved layouts.
- Develop route alignment plans and as-built GIS drawings for Telecom & OFC projects.
- Verify field survey data, GPS coordinates and route information before final documentation.
- Maintain GIS databases, asset records and network documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with survey teams, site engineers and project managers for timely data collection.
- Update GIS records based on project revisions and field changes.
- Generate maps, reports and client-ready documentation.
- Maintain version control and archive GIS records for future reference.
- Support audits, project handover and client submissions with complete GIS documentation.

- Maintain GIS databases and digital records.
- Manage drawings, GIS layers and survey documentation.
- Support project close-out documentation.

6. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of GIS experience in Telecom/OFC or infrastructure projects.
