Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across mining, engineering, HSE, maintenance, and support functions.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring and blue-collar & white-collar recruitment for site and operational requirements.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and functional heads.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and remote-site requirements.
- Manage offer letters, joining documentation, onboarding, and site deployment.
- Coordinate with site HR and management to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
