Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes.
- Oversee team handling, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall business outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in BPO Operations or similar industry (Telecom Voice Process).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of managing teams effectively with excellent communication skills.
- Robust understanding of e-commerce domain knowledge an added advantage.
