Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations
- Act as ABAP Factory Lead, managing resource planning, skill development, and delivery across multi-country rollouts.
- Define and enforce technical standards including programming guidelines, naming conventions, interfaces and form strategies.
- Manage WRICEF development lifecycle, including delivery of 1000+ objects across global rollouts.
- Oversee technical architecture for SAP landscapes, including custom code remediation, integration testing, and solution development.
- Lead integration efforts for spin-off and consolidation programs, coordinating across technical and functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP modules such as MDG, Security, and TSW (IS-OIL), including integration with satellite systems.
- Drive change management, release planning,



and retrofitment strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud
- SAP UI5/Fiori (fundamentals), SAP BTP (fundamentals)
- Solid experience with WRICEF, IDOCs, TIBCO, SPAU/SPDD
- Expertise in technical architecture, solution design, and performance tuning
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project planning, effort estimation, and team leadership
