Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Home Consultants to join our furniture sales team in Nashik and Raipur. The selected candidates will understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home dcor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, space and budget.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers and services.
- Recommend suitable furniture and home solutions.
- Handle sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with delivery and installation teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.




- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Provide appropriate after-sales support.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in furniture, retail, interior, home dcor or showroom sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Robust customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi for Nashik and Hindi/Chhattisgarhi for Raipur will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Presentable, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
