About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with solid expertise in BIM coordination, Revit, Navisworks, and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing BIM processes, coordinating multidisciplinary models, resolving clashes, and ensuring effective BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and implement BIM processes across the project from design through construction.
- Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM standards.
- Manage and coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil BIM models.
- Perform regular clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
- Identify, track, and resolve design and construction coordination issues.
- Review BIM models, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, clients,



and site execution teams.
- Ensure BIM models are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.
- Support the site team with BIM-based construction coordination and technical solutions.
- Manage BIM deliverables, model updates, revisions, and document control.
- Establish model naming conventions, workflows, standards, and quality-control procedures.
- Monitor BIM team performance and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of BIM models and related deliverables.
- Support 4D/5D BIM, quantity take-off, and construction planning where required.
- Maintain BIM data and models throughout the project lifecycle and support final as-built documentation.
